We are a team of wedding planners and coordinators with a long and wide experience in Italian Weddings. Each of us is specialized in an Italian area with a deep knowledge of the territory. We plan weddings all over Bella Italia: Rome, the eternal city, the Italian Countryside with its great wines, cuisine and amazing scenarios, the romantic Italian Lakes, Italian coastline and the seaside from Tuscany to Lazio down to Apulia and Southern Italy, of course without forgetting the Italian Alps!

Services Provided

We provide a full planning service for a stress-free wedding in Bella Italia. We provide assistance for paperwork, booking of ceremony venue and we take care of every detail as far as the reception is concerned: research, site inspection, booking and managing of the wedding reception venue and all the suppliers involved such as photographer, musicians, florists, hairstylists, make up artists, hostesses, honeymoon planning etc. We coordinate and organize all the logistic of the event transportation and accommodation included with a full concierge service.

Languages Spoken

All our planners are Italian mother tongue born and raised in Italy with previous work experiences abroad. They all speak English fluently. Most of them speak also Spanish, French and German.

Assistance with Legal Marriage Registration

We provide assistance for religious and/or civil paperwork for a legal marriage in Italy. We also provide interpreters, witnesses and celebrants if needed.
