Located at one of the highest elevations in Playa Hermosa, 1,200 feet above the coast, this 15,500 square-foot luxury villa offers panoramic, 360-degree views of majestic volcanoes, sweeping mountain ranges, green forests, and the deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests and is styled with soft, serene tones and Italian porcelain title, evoking a sense of understand elegance.
The villa's castle-like front exterior makes guest feel like you are staying at a grand palace, with curated artwork from classic paintings to modern pieces displayed throughout. Each of the seven en-suite bedrooms is named after a legendary artist and adorned with their iconic works, six of them featuring private balconies with sweeping ocean views.
As night falls, the villa transforms. Fire urns cast golden reflections across the shimmering pool, while landscape lighting softly illuminates the gardens and trees. Overhead, the night sky opens in breathtaking clarity, revealing a canopy of stars that seem close enough to touch. This tranquil atmosphere invites reflection, laughter, and deep connection, where you can stay in to share stories with loved ones about the day's events.
Onsite Facilities & Accommodation
The main level, Promenade Plaza, features a sprawling infinity-edge salt-mineral pool with a beach-style ledge and a swim-up bar. Lounge in comfort surrounded by lush tropical setting, or head to the villa's Outdoor Covered Terrace, complete with a grill, TV, and bar, a perfect blend of fresh air and indoor comfort.
Other villas offer bedrooms for their guests. At Essence of Dreams, we offer sanctuaries of art and elegance. Our seven Royal Gallery Suites are more than places to rest; they are celebrations of privacy and timeless artistry. Named in honor of the greatest masters of their eras, each suite is adorned with echoes of their genius: masterpieces that breathe inspiration into every corner. Here, every night feels like sleeping inside a private art gallery…. where beauty watches over your dreams.
Entertainment abounds across the villa's 6,000+ square feet of leisure space. On the Sky Deck, the third floor Sky Sanctuary offers seating for up to 50 guests, ideal for weddings, retreats, or stargazing soirees. Nearby, a dedicated bar and elegant outdoor lounges make it perfect for celebratory evenings.
Essence has a compliment of 5 fulltime staff with a chef, concierge, housekeeping and a private driver.
Essence has a business center, a formal dining room, a chef galley, wine closet, an elevator, a whole home water filtration system, outdoor dining on the first and third floor, 3 kitchens, and a hearth fireplace.
Wedding Ceremony Locations
There are many options to consider for the ceremony. Poolside or under the beautiful Hope tree with majestic backdrops of the deep blue Pacific Ocean. Smaller more intimate setting is in the formal great room with the custom-made crystal chandelier with floor to ceiling windows featuring the sky and Pacific Ocean. The Sky Sanctuary offers the most breathtaking views Essence of Dreams has to offer, a panoramic haven where earth, sea, and sky meet in quiet majesty. This serene, open-air retreat is designed for those who wish to connect with the stars, reflect beneath the endless sky, and gaze out over the vast Pacific Ocean and surrounding landscapes. As the sun sets, sip champagne from the Sky Bar while the clouds ignite in a kaleidoscope of color, painting the heavens in hues of gold, rose, and violet. Spacious enough to host gatherings and celebrations, including a full bar setup for guests.

We assist all our guests with the entire planning for the week. Anything that is needed we will handle or refer you to someone. Most of our wedding events are handled by a wedding planner as they are the experts in that field. We concentrate on the accommodations, chef services, transportation, tour experiences, and special requests.
